Terrible person to deal with. Went to mediation and he lied to my face. I asked if we could talk to a judge and he told me the judge would rule in his favor and not to bother. He kept motioning and finally was able to get a judgement and is currently garnishing my wages. All I did was ask to have the creditor explain why I was being charges am excessive amount. He just needed to be honest, now my family will suffer monetarily for his personal gain. Sad that the system favors lawyers and citizens cannot ask for creditors to explain their actions. Never user this lawyer and never go to Arrowhead Hospital. Horrendous horrendous horrendous .
