This attorney took my sister and and mine money in our parents succession. He did nothing.

Mr. Thompson is allowing the opposing side to circumvent the Court with the results of us being subjected to the opposing side's scheme to defraud. Please help; to wit: On January 31, 2014, we retained and paid Mr. Thompson $3.000. when we were informed that our brother and sister were going to file a succession. However, without any due process of law and without the material issues of fact being filed (list of movables and none movables) being filed, a Judgment was rendered and signed against us for almost $20,000. Now, over $2,000.00 has been spent of the retention fee and we are further away from our day in court and have suffered great damage in this representation. Please HELP.

Charged over $10000 for divorce that was settled out of court. Lawyer charge most of this money for phone calls. I was even charge for phone call attempts. I do not recommend.
