Everyone who has been ripped off by this attorney needs to file a bar complaint with the California Bar. He ripped off a friend of mine and I have every intention of assisting her in getting her funds back and making sure that he never does this to another person. Her creditors were notified that they would be paid thru his company but they were never paid. He has taken $2000 of her money and not paid one of her creditors. If he actually is an attorney in the state of Caalifornia he needs to be disbarred.

i am a legal clinic/paralegal helping a client that used him and his company tosettle debt & repayment. he/they blaintantly grossly mislead the cleint and just took her money , served creditors cease communication letters as to FDCPA so that client wouldnt know that he's keeping all the money(or stealing as i call it)client is now being sued by creditors & He will not refund the money or respond.PLEASE do it yourself or conatct a lawyer or legal clinc. it will save you BIG TIME

If there was a zero rating I would definitely be using it. The customer service department is unprofessional, unhelpful, provide no guidance as to how to handle calls from creditors they are supposively handling. if anyone is looking to use them I would HIGHLY recommend you work with your creditors on your own because you will have more success. Times are tough for everyone and this company takes advantage of people who are already experiencing difficulty.

This lawyer and freedom financial took $3464.00 of my money. They did not do what they promised and now I am having to get a real lawyer and file bankruptcy. I asked for a refund but all I got was a letter of disengagement. This company and lawyer should be shut down. The Better Business Bureau in California has given them an F rating. I wish I had done my homework before getting involved with such a slick company. They promised to get me out of debt, only to put me further into it. I would like to know how these peole can sleep at night , knowing what they do that includes the three different customer service people I had in the 8 months I was with them. I cant believe I paid them 441.00 a month for nothing. If anyone out there is thinking of using these people PLEASE DONT DO IT. I am going to make this my mission to put these people out of business. signed Stupid in Oklahoma

can not correctly help with debt reduction. took my money , made no payments and i'm told it's non refundable. took money from someone who doesn't have it and promised to help but instead makes his money off the poor and makes them poorer. he should be ashamed.
