Site is experiencing Internet Bullying and Cyberbullying. As Printed: Internet Bullying and Cyberbullying is any harassment that occurs via the Internet, vicious forum posts, name calling, posting fake profiles on web sites and defined as “willful and repeated harm inflicted through the use of computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices.” It's also a crime to publish a “defamatory libel” – writing something that is designed to insult a person, harass, humiliate, embarrass, or likely to injure a person's reputation by exposing him or her to hatred, harassment, contempt or ridicule, etc. Today users of social networking sites say and post what is on their minds without even counting to 10 and feel that they can do this with immunity. Postings can be a treasure chest of evidence for once it is posted it is their forever, even if the user tries to delete a posting or site.The original site information can be retrieved forensically, if and when warranted.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had to endure. Do not dare question them! They will be sure to to tear you down as much as possible. They are VERY vague with everything, it is left up to your interpretation. They ARE after YOUR MONEY. Our first visit resulted in us being told he could get a monthly payment in the area of $500-$600. 3 months later we go to our final signing to only find our payment will be $1,500 and 100% of the credit card debt would need to be paid. When questioned about the huge difference Lloyd became very defensive and began the belittling process again.
Avoid this place at all cost. If I didn't pay $350 on the first visit I would have never gone back. People seeking bankruptcy are already down. They do not need to have a deranged couple continue to tear them down. Lloyd Cohen is a crook. He took my $3,500, ruined my credit and I got nothing out of it.

We were verbally abused by Lloyd and his wife, had things thrown at us, they stormed out and left us alone. They gave us poor legal advice and took advantage of us. They took all of our money and we recieved no results.
