Click to report rating    4/24/24   1     1     1     1     1   Do not retain this attorney. He isn’t a very honest guy, and works with the judge against his clients. Wastes a lot of time, and milks you for money every chance he gets. Comes off very professional, but is everything but professional. He is all about getting paid and not helping his client. Asks for you to send him information, doesn’t use the information and then charges you. He is always late, and charges you for him being late. Overall bad experience, he’s just not a very trustworthy attorney. He works with the judge, he doesn’t have his clients best interest at heart. He only cares about money! He will not fight for what’s right. And he is very docile when it comes to the other counsel. If you want to win your case go with another seasoned attorney. It might cost you a little more, but it’s worth not dealing with him. He really needs to be disbarred. This isn’t a honest man, a huge money shark. RID: 269384

Click to report rating    8/14/10   3     2     1     1     3   His rate looked nice at $100 an hour so I went with his services -- all I needed was advice. He wanted a $200 retainer upfront so I paid it. In total, I had nine questions to ask by e-mail. He answered eight of those questions 19 days later and one answer to a question was not researched well at all. He answered these questions in a reply e-mail. For this he charged me $195, billing for every little minute to include our initial 15 minute conversation by phone. I had to ask him a month later if their was a refund. When he showed me the invoice/hours billed [he billed me at 5 minutes for asking about the refund] and wrote me stating, "You have $5 remaining, would you like a check", I told him to keep the check and bill me the remaining five minutes for reading 'this' last e-mail. I told him that I would not feel bad at all for leaving negative, but accurate, feedback about him. Here is that feedback. RID: 33369
