Mr. Richardson was not prepared at the hearing, he forgot important papers, he never took the time to prepare me before taking the stand, he failed to respond in writing to the judge after being notified by the court that the opposing party was seeking attorney fees. He had 30 days to object in writing. He never notified me and dropped the ball. As a result 7 months later I found out by my ex that I owed her attorney over $21,000. And I could not file an objection because it was past the 30 day limit to object. Mr. Richardson never returned my phone calls. He lied to me and was lazy. He actions have caused an tremendous amount of stress and anxiety in my family. He is unprofessional and without a conscience.
