STAY AWAY!! This was one of the worst experiences of our families lives that we have ever had with a so-called profession. Did not follow through on keeping us updated, very disrespectful to myself and my family member. You would have thought they were never paid for their services- 5000.00 and he never once went to court- he sent his incompetent "associate" whom is a lawyer but could not answer our legal questions. We were constantly told- we will have to check with Mr Shapiro. This practice has absolutely no respect for their clients. We were talked down to like white trash. Court- that was a whole other issue. Phyllis "the associate" drilled and demeaned my family member after the judge had already signed off on her plea...why? She treated my family member lower than low. We have never in our lives been treated so badly by someone whom calls his practice a profession- its not a profession its a joke. So if you want to be treated like the dirt on someones shoe- hire them.
