Rated this attorney on the basis of ethics, attitude,scope of practice and affiliation with a non-profit holding itself out to the public. The attorney thinks nothing of lying to the courts to serve an out of state resident on a pro-bono basis and as a matter of opinion has violated Illinois State law (not that it matters as the law in Illinois is basically absent, Nielsen reminds us of that) and fits right in wit the rest of the crooked lawyers in the state. Nielsen is proof the state will hand out a license to just about any crook or parasite with a briefcase.
