Richard is fairly priced yet he has missed a lot of important steps as he is handling my Father's Estate. He also will not call you until the very last hour until something needs to be filled out/requested/etc. I am not happy with his work to date as he seems to be happy working at his own pace and not pushing for a closure. I would not recommend his work and would go elsewhere as you will be dealing with him a lot longer than it should take = more money out of your pocket.
