Clearly advocates for women when she is supposed to be mediating. Makes tremendous mistakes by only hearing what she wants to hear and then tries to parlay it off with phony excuses. Creates final documents that in no way represent what was discussed in mediation sessions, and then tries to pass it off as your mistake when she double charges to correct her mistakes and sloppiness. Tries to rationalize overbilling by trying to convince you how much more the cost of retreating to using lawyers rather then mediation just as you think you have approached the finish line.

Probably the WORST lawyer to work on my case. She didn't advocate for me, didn't care about my issues, said she'd do things she didn't do, and didn't follow up on things. I actually think she was working for the other side. TOTAL waste of my money and time. I am disheartened and disgusted as I have to start all over again.

She is very dishonest, and does what she can to maximize her billable hours with involvement in your case. It is my belief that she was paid separately by my ex to act in the ways in which she did. Her friend, Stephen Humphrey is like minded.

Run from this so called attorney as fast as you can! Incredibly bias against men. Uses unethical practices in child custody cases. Believes she can make an informed and life long decision for children after spending only 45 minutes with them over a three year period. She doesn't allow them to talk nor does she listen to them. Margaret should really consider a career change. Do not trust this attorney especially if you are male.
