Don't waste your time or hard-earned money on this man. He will offer you the moon and the stars, yet he will deliver NOTHING! I, just fired him and replaced him before proceeding with pretrial. $3,500 wasted on this man and he delivered nothing but lies and false hopes. HE'S A HUSTLER. Ready to take your money in difficult times. Make your research. Do your homework. Hire someone else who WILL vigorously, fight for you! Good luck.

Mr. Batsakis Helped me with a drug offense. He did a great job and guided me through this mess the whole time. He was able to get some of the charges and fines dropped. He's a very kind man who knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone to call Ted for any issue. He's the Man

This guy is amazing. He got what would have been a 2 year sentence a 4 momth sentence. He is a kind hearted man. Yes, he is expenive, but you are paying for a wonderful service! I would reccomend Ted to anyone!

My son got arrested for a rape charge Mr Batsakis helped deal with a stressful time and eventually was abel to have the charges dropped , i highly recommend if you have a friend in trouble you call Mr Batsakis

DO NOT HIRE! He was paid in full to help us with a Loan Modification. He gave our case to someone else who only made calls to postpone dates! Then they both just disappeared! All of his phone numbers have been disconnected!

this attorney takes your money and does not follow through with anything promised regarding loan modifications and real estate. There are many complaints against him. There is a complaint filed with the Attorney General of the State of California. He is fraudulently charging people. Do NOT contact this attorney. Also, several of his phone numbers listed are no longer in service.
