I went to initial consultation. The experience was so far the worst. He gave me the impression that he thought he was the law itself. He did not care about what happened to me and if it is unfair or no. I highly question his professional ethics. As a lawyer, should he care about justice to be able to help his clients? He basically told me: no matter what happen to you, how much loss you suffered, if you do no have the information I asked, you deserve whatever happened to you. Every case are different, he only looks at one evidence to apply to every case? I am luck that I did not hire him.

Terrible experience. The judge disregarded his defense that was supposed to make me a fortune. Meanwhile he made a fortune almost bankrupting me in fees. His fees were multiples of what the other lawyers charged with billing that didn't make sense. I was charged for hours of Michael Einbimder just discussing the case with his colleague.
My $10,000 retainer was eaten up so fast. Worst lawyer I ever had, and used many for business, real estate, and estate planning.

Michael Einbinder of Einbinder and Dunn. I can't believe the bills I got from this franchise lawyer. Would have literally gone bankrupt if I didn't fire him. My bills were about $7,000 per month or more for a simple case. There are other things I highly suspect but can't prove but to keep it simple I would stay. He went through my binder money in like 3 weeks. His case that he said I had didn't get me any where. I called him out on billing when we didn't even talk and never got an answer. He would bill for long conferences with other attorneys in his office a out my case too. Is he practicing? Wish the bar would investigate.
