Where to begin? Kenison has to one of the worst means of legal representation that Moses Lake has to offer. Firstly, he, as well as his staff, were completely ignorant to the local family laws in which they supposedly practice. After nearly 30 years experience, you would expect better. Secondly, he and his staff are completely combative, however, not toward the opposition. To say it's their way or the highway is an understatement. He actually said: if you want proper representation it will cost up to 3,000 a month on top of the retaining fee. Talk about legal extortion. Thirdly, he will roll over for the opposition, willingly at that. He will not fight for you, unless you want to pay him an obscene amount of money to do so, that is. In addition, he has already been suspended by the Bar back in 09 for misconduct of these exact same things. Honestly, I would not recommend this attorney to even my worst enemy. Be warned, this man will attempt to steal from you. DO NOT USE HIM AS COUNCIL!
