I contacted Paul about a case in Bay County. He asked for a retainer so he was paid that amount. He failed to file any motions and did not attend any hearings on our case! He has avoided our calls and emails. He is a con man and fraud and his license should be revoked immediately!

Don't hire him.. He tells you one thing and does another in court. Hrs unprepared and stumbles around in court. Haven't seen my kids in almost 2 years and he just hands them back to my ex and asks the judge to adjourn the trial out farther. So now I'm in the middle of a case and ready to fire him if he don't start doing what I paid him for. So far to me he hasn't earned anything.. I was doing better without a attorney. Don't bother talking to Beth she don't tell Paul anything you say anyway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.. I will update my post at a later date if he decides he's going to earn his money if not he will be leaving the courtroom.

Paul has represented me on several occasions for business and personal issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very effective attorney. I have always been happy with the results. He is also very aware of how stressful legal matters can be for those of us that don't deal with them on a daily basis and does his best to put his client at ease with the process. I would strongly recommend his services.

Giving Paul Beggs a rating of 1 does not do justice (he deserves a zero). Worst decision you could make is to hire this guy. He is great at collecting your $ but then disappears. Will not return phone calls or emails. Sometimes won't show up to court. He is scamming his clients. Please do not hire this guy.

Just filed a complaint with the Attorney Greivance Commision! This guy is a disaster. I don't know how he has remained in practice all these years. Do not waste your time. He will not return your call. I hired this guy, waited a month, then began calling and emailing him with no response. I previously had sent him every bit of information about my case he needed. Four months into our relationship we discussed my case. He tried to fake knowledge of my case, but it was plainly obvious he had not read a single item I sent him. The material I sent him would have taken about 45 minutes to read/review. The guy does not deserve your business.

Paul and Beth talk a big game but they are a complete letdown. This site doesn't allow for over 1000 characters so if you want to see our story please go to avvo site to read it in in full. Please don't waste your time, Paul calls himself "the shark" but he is anything but unless you are a CEO at a big company in Midland. Nothing was ever submitted or read by Beth or Paul when we were told it had been, constant hang ups, no returned calls, disorganization everywhere. We just feel really duped and fell for quite the schtick at the consultation.

Worst attorney ever! Was very nice and comforting during consult. Paid him and then never heard from him again despite my phone calls every week for a year now with a response of " let me look into your case and have someone call you back"

Excellent attorney who is smart, hard working and dedicated to you. Attorney Beggs goes above and beyond for all clients. He is kind hearted and provides service to everyone, included those who can't pay. I went to three different Attorneys and selected to partner with him on my personal issue. He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

This guy works his butt off for the people who cannot come up with the extremely high attorney fees that all those "high priced" attorneys want. True he does not return calls very well but he never stops anyone from making an appointment to come it. He treats you like a human being and does not look down on you for not making a lot of money. He has always been fair and honest with me and does not just tell you what you want to hear. He loves kids and dads that want to be fathers. Would call him everytime I have a problem. He gets it done.

Well we paid him UP FRONT and so far after three months NOTHING. No phone calls no mothing but excuses. Going to file complaint with Bar Association

Paul Beggs has done wonders for me. I began going through a divorce in the beginning of 2011 and Paul was there and even tried to work things out between me and my soon to be ex. Once we figured there was no chance for the marriage he was there as a friend and as an attorney. I can not explain to you how greatful I am to have Paul as my attorney.

Failed to show up for pre-trail divorce hearing. My soon to be ex wife lawyer absolutely spanked him in every aspect. He's unprepared despite charging you for being prepared. I ended up paying twice as much child support as I should have because he was too stupid to have FOC run the support formula. And then didn't even get minimum parenting time despite the therapist order that wife is not fostering a positive parenting relationship.
