This man doesn't do what he says. Much confusion with office and no one has the same answer. Refuses to send statements of how client monies are spent. When pushed to explain money he bows out. Stay away he is a thief.

Mr. Farinella his law partner Ryan and all of his paralegals are amazing ! They make you feel like you are cared about and matter. I compared fees extensively and he may be a little higher than some other attorneys but he was worth every penny .... I don't reviews often but this firm deserves a thumbs up. They handled my bankruptcy perfect and it was not an easy case and I have referred family and friends and they have ALL been very satisfied ! I highly recommend this Firm !

ridiculously expensive. Only communicates with you when he wants money. You can hire a trustee for the high fees that he charges. All this man seems to care about is money and not his clients!!

He missed his court date which resulted in a judgement and also asked for more money when he agreed to a set fee.

Gus Michael Farinella assisted me and my family with a bankruptcy case and he was caring focused and has a great staff. Don't be fooled by the other review. Some people are simply wrong.

I went to his office Long Island on 11/2010, spoke to Randy(Mr.Farinella's father) who urgerd me to pay for a Means test. Foolishly I did, believing that I would qualify for the chapter 7 filing. During the process of filing out the paper work an assistant Sue also assured me that I would get the chapter 7. To add to the mess I was advised by both Sue and Randy advised me not to goo to a schdeuled court hearing. Neither of them is a lawyer, Randy is a para-legal and Sue is in school to become a para-legal. I had to contact my creditors myself to fix the situation. Be mindful of this group. Sheldon M.
