he took a math calculation out of his pocket and gave it to the judge and the judge immediately accepted it as correct when it had math calculations in it. the pro bono didn't have a chance to comment on the calculation at all. the judge didn't allow any re3consideration of that math calculation at any time, hiding this math inaccurate calculation.
