Jeff Sachs is a must have attorney in your back pocket, especially if you are a business owner! He has been practicing law for more than 40 years, has relationships with other attorneys, knows the judicial system and law inside and out. Not only that, he is a former business owner so he knows what other owners have to deal with on a day to day basis. Jeff was instrumental in reviewing contracts and pointing out the pitfalls, explaining strategic plans if the clause could not be removed and worse case scenario. He was able to secure us a substantial judgement against someone and collect from a GC who was being aloof. Thank you Jeff Sachs for helping us and other small businesses! You are the best!
