Very good quality work and conscientious. Did not overcharge and gave discount when she saw my financial difficulty. Honestly told me to seek another attorney for foreclosure issue since she did not do that work. She took my calls on the weekend when I was upset and did not charge me for those calls. A lawyer with a heart.

Vinaya Saijwani is horrible, her charge was too much, she knows only how to charge more money for client, she charged me for prepare document, preview, review, false charge. She does not know how to talk to in front of the Jodge. Stay way from Vinaya Saijwani.

Vinaya Saijwani - absolutely horrible lawyer. Couldnt even speak in front of the judge. Used to forget what she had to say and I had to quickly write a note to her on what she needs to talk. Charges were very high compared to other experienced lawyers, which I thought was because she was a strong lawyer but turned out she was dumb. Didnt knew much about the law. She is more defensive rather than offensive. She wont fight for you but will only *try* to shield what is thrown at you. She is not an attacking lawyer. Worst part is poor communication. She always said she will prepare notes-questions and review them before hand but will not have anything ready till she reaches the court. She did this twice to me where she said, she prepared the questions just that AM and she put me on the stand and asked some crazy questions which led to me losing the case drastically. Avoid Vinaya Saijwani.

A caring and honest professional.I was referred to her by the bar association. I obtained competent service on my divorce matter and liked her approach to try negotiations first. I do not like the hardball type of lawyers in personal matters.

Good caring attorney handled my divorce. The fees were very reasonable. It helped that she understood how dowry works in Indian marriages. I have recommended her to a friend
