This attorney has terrible communication practices! He does not return calls nor emails in a timely fashion. He barely gives solid advice. The process is drug out too long. He is kind but, too layed back and not hard nose enough!

This attorney did not get back to me in a timely manner and I had to initiate contact to ask him to send me further documents I needed in my divorce. Also, several weeks after I sent him my signed and notarized documents & 2 emails asking him what to expect next and when, he finally emailed me back saying the documents had already been filed with the court. This email was the day before the court lists them as being filed at all. This is my second divorce, with the 1st one being smooth and professional through Cravens and Noll, and I am frustrated that Mr. Bing has been so difficult to work with.
