This attorney drug my case on for over three years before doing any real work on it. He seriously underestimated the dollar value I could have gotten according to the mediator who heard my case. He had no intention of taking my case to trial although he had signed a contract with me stating he would do so. His fees for out of court settlements are higher than his fees for court settlement. He states he has compassion and wants to make a difference in unethical employment practices but his actions show otherwise. I would stay away from this attorney.
