She failed to do her job as a lawyer and for a child. No communication and very disrespectful for being a lawyer. Didn't do research or follow-ups. Don't waste your time. You're better off representing yourself and speaking for yourself.

Lori was brought on to represent the minor child in a placement hearing as a GAL. As a GAL she is not supposed to take sides on the case which she clearly did with us. Not only did she notably take sides, she had asked Ashlynn to lie to her own mother, myself on what was discussed. Ashlynn told me the questions that were asked and they never had anything to do with the case. After a 10 minute conversation with my daughter, Ashlynn stated she came out with 3 pages worth of notes. Strange??? Then she never interviewed the family members on my side...only the fathers side. She clearly did not represent the best interests of the child but the interest of the father which was not her job. She clearly cannot separate her duties as a family attorney from her duties as the GAL in this case.

Reviews on a website are ok- but who is writing them? Listen to referrals from friends and you'll find a great lawyer like Lori. I'm glad I did.

She did not fight for me and she was too busy being the nice lawyer in the court room. She is not a fighter for her clients. I would highly discourage hiring her.
