I disagree with the other comments listed. Also, Fred really doesn't you to waste your money, he wants you as the client to focus on the facts of your case. I think what others fail to realize is that many of the details people emotionally get involved in really doesn't mean much in court. If you trust and work with him you will not be disappointed. Fred plays hardball, and did great by me. I highly recommend him!

I agree with the other reviews, which identify him as a good game starter, but of no substance. He charged me $450 per hour and was not focused on my case at all.

Agree wit above review, talks a good game to start, but his attention span to *your* case is extremely limited. Can't even count how many times he said "Do you really want to pay me $425 an hour to talk about this?". Sorry, but he may have been to the rodeo hundreds of times, I only went once. Financially devastated by his lack of attention to detail.

Support staff is very rude and disrespectful. Requires exceptionally high retainers to get started. Although he seems knowledgeable and talks a good game to start, he drags the case out so you need to pay him a retainer replenishment before you start to even remotely see results. Cost me a fortune for nothing. In the end, replaced him with another attorney who spent the first month of the case cleaning up his mess. Don't even consider this attorney unless you enjoy throwing money away.
