Completely unqualified. My attorneys in PA said her divorce decree was the worst thing they had ever seen. She is unresponsive, unprofessional, incompetent, & unhappy in her work. She had the divorce decree for mths & only when I traveled to ar did she say I could have nonsuited & taken my divorce back to PA she then negotiated against me her client during mediation. The divorce was high conflict she had the wisdom to create a connection with us every April for my ex to right off my daughter on taxes. She convinced me to settle on contempt of court charges on my ex and I lost vast amounts of money of which I was entitled. I figured that if she was that weak the judge would sense it and while I had a notorized letter from my husband admitting he was wrong, I had no confidence in her. I was woefully misrepresented and unrepresneted. Kim's greatest contribution to any divorce would be for you to get her as opposing counsel.

Excellent attorney! Knows the law and fought hard for me in my custody battle. She took time to explain to me how my case would work and walked me through a very difficult time in my life. In the end she was worth every penny. I highly recommend.

I used Kimberly Canova a couple of years ago in a very ugly divorce and custody battle. I chose her because she had such high ratings on a popular lawyer website and had also heard good reports on her, as a couple of friends had used her. She was a pit bull. As I knew nothing of what happens in a divorce or anything of the sort, I learned why these kind of women do what they do...she was a little pricy but she worked her butt off for me. It seemed that my case went on forever but in the end, I had custody of my 2 children and basically saved my sanity. Highly recommend....I see some negative reports about her on here, but everyone's case is different and no one is perfect but she has children of her own and that showed in her actions in my case.

This attorney is rude, unprofessional, unethical, and obviosly has
not one ounce of compassion. I hope if she has children or a mother,
they are not gravely ill one day when she is supposed to be some,
where else. This atty needs a lesson in listening and should read
the saying about the pot calling the kettle black. Glad I only met her
over the phone. I hope she's not as ugly as her heart is! I was
subpoened by her as a witness in a divorce case. My mother became
gravely ill 3 days prior to court. I called the court and they said I should call her. When I did she said she was covering for an atty whose husband just had surgery. I explained who I was and that I wouldn't be able to make it to court due to my mothers grave condition. She immediately said I should get an atty, there would be a warrant issued for my arrest and she would ask the court to issue a body attachment to pick me up and bring me to court. This is a great lady!
