Karim Arzadi is a con man who only cares about money. My case was settled in 2021& I'm still waiting for postmen after I already signed the check over to him. He suggested that I go through all these procedures of which I still suffer with chronic pain. To top things off I had to go through an amputation because of an injury I sustained at one of his medical facilities still no payment. Its now 2023& still no updates on my case. He always has his incompetent staff tell me I have to be patient. My insurance covered the cost of my treatment but he's telling me that I have to pay for treatments after the insurance ran out which makes no sense as I have medicare and medicaid. If you Care about your time & money don't waste it with this sham attorney, he's very rude & unprofessional. Will be filling an ethics complaint against him. My accident was in 2018 for an accident where I want even driving. I was in a medical transportation vehicle and was hit by a tractor trailer. Easy, right, not!

I contacted this lawyer two years ago after I was assaulted on the grounds of my apartment complex. He told me I had a case and that I needed to seek medical care. Which I did for TWO years. During those two years I tried to contact this attorney twice and I got yelled at by him each time, telling me not to call him that he would call me. Two weeks before the deadline for my case, I reached out to this attorney again, at which time he told me that yes, my case was active and that I needed to finalize my treatment with the doctor's he referred me to. Within two days after that, I get a call from this attorney telling me I had no case, I "simply got my ass kicked" and that he would be sending me a termination letter unless I wanted to send him a $20,000.00 retainer for him to bill me at $650 an hour. ALL OF THIS AFTER TWO YEARS WHERE HE HAD ME SIGN ALL OF THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK AND GO THROUGH SEVERAL MEDICAL PROCEDURES AT HIS FRIENDS' MEDICAL PRACTICES.

I am very disappointed with the communication. I referred My mom and other people to him because I had faith in him 100%. He knows the law to the letter but his ethics, communication and morals are all questionable. I will never refer anyone else to him. I advised my mom to find a new attorney. Since my case was settled which was months ago...I have yet to receive my check and trying to get in touch with him...well GOOD LUCK. I'm actually in the process of filing an ethics complaint upon the advice of a friend of mine that is a upstanding attorney.

My settlement check came in weeks ago and he is stating that it's going to take months for me to get my portion. Him, the Chiro Team and Orthopedic Surgeons he works with are all crooks. Very rude, disrespectful. He even told me that if I wasn't patient, that he wouldn't negotiate my bills which my insurance paid most and let them take all of my money. All he cares about is money and now that I signed check over to him, he feels that I have put up with his bull-crap. Him and his assistant Maggie are horrible in returning your emails and phone calls. Horrible ghetto team he's got working for him. Most of his staff quit constantly cause he pays them crap money.

Karim is a horrible lawyer!! He handles things without notifying you and never returns your calls! He is rude, careless and a crook! His major concern is money and if you don’t have any then this lawyer is not the right lawyer for you!! Please do your research before hiring this lawyer because he was suspended in the past!!

This was my first time in a law office in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. I went after a car accident. The staff were very nice and thorough.
Accident was not my fault. I was able to settle with insurance and get compensated for my suffering. Great.

this lawyer is a very bad lawyer he will settle your case with out your knowlegde. force you to sign a release form so he can get paid and you get nothing send you to get surgery and still in alot of pain from the surgery.i would not recommend this lawyer to anybody. BEWARE
