	1/7/13	1	1	1	1	1	We received torn letters from him with no return address label. He blamed it on our post office when it was he that did not use UPS, Fed Ex or a professional service. No return label was used. Even the post office was in shock on how unprofessional he was at sending letters in unsecure packaging. When I called I got the phone slammed in my face.
