I met with counsel 3 times in their Spring St office. Each time, I waited an average of 30 min to an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment! And finally, not only did they fail to appear in court for my case, but according to the judge, they failed to even file an entry of appearance. I was mortified. I requested my retainer be refunded to me right away, and they have failed to even respond. It has been 2 months, and I still have not received my money back. I have since filed a complaint with the Georgia State Bar, and hope to have a resolution on my refund soon. I did find a new attorney on Avvo who took over the case.

Run in the opposite direction of these people. They took my money and did absolutely nothing. They tried to hijack my case for more money at the closing window to file my suit. They only called me to remind me of payment.

Attorney Malachi is an exceptional lawyer. My experience has been nothing less than pure competence and she is the most knowledgeable attorney in the legal profession. All appointments and calls were timely. She and Attorney Peggy Golden are a true dream team with no fear for opposing counsel. She is truly the best.

Retained Ms Malachi for termination matter. Ms Malachi did not keep appointments nor return phone calls properly. We eventually lost my appeal due to her not filing the appeal in a timely manner and continued to charge me and act like she was representing me even after she missed the appeal deadline. I filed a complaint with GA Bar Association but nothing was ever done.

Does not comunicate true cost, highly confrontational and if obtain a contact becareful, can be wick.Will try to suck your money up with new cost that not reflected in contract. Treats you like a probation officer. be weary, I wish I woulda went with someone else.

The firm did not deliver the services as promised. Failed to return calls and keep appointments. Lacked communications and long periods in between with correspodence. Did not represent client as indicated in agreement.
