I would not reccomend this lawyer to anyone! He took 5 years to take my suit to trial. Google his name and see the questionable clients he represented before me. I did not know of his character but do now after reading case files. Ciaccio drug his feet and omitted pertinant information at trial that caused the loss in my opinion. He was enthusiastic to take the case, then was so very difficult to talk to him, let alone make forward progress. my advice is do not use him.
