Thank full for Barry Fischer. His knowledge and professionalism was an immense asset for my complex case. I was introduced to Barry through a close friend of mine Gerald. Barry assisted me with my divorce. My children are now receiving monies fornone of my children has special needs. Health bills are outrageous and my ex was giving me minimal amounts for the mountain of costs. This is the worst attorney that I have ever worked with. He took my money and then did NOTHING for me and on top of that, he actually MISSED my hearing and I didn't even know it until a month later after being served with an Ex-Parte notice! He told me that it was taken off calendar and come to find out it wasn't! He's all about money and if you don't give him what he wants regardless of your agreement, he will DUMP you and leave you in a worse position than what you were in when you went to him for help in the first place! STAY AWAY unless you have a TON of $$$$....Also..he charges $600/hr and charges you for things that he has forced you to do yourself. He made me do my own declaration and my own exhibits and then berated me because I didn't do it perfectly...I'm NOT an attorney...HE IS (supposedly). I am filing a complaint against him with the Bar Association...If you're smart you'll steer clear!
