Got her name from a fiend. Did not meet her before hiring her to get updated support. All of her communications were extremely short, as in one sentence, and without explanations . Her tone and attitude on the phone was to give simple answers without elaboration unless I asked. Very cold for someone who works in family issues. Often I was unclear the next steps to be taken. I spent time emailing or texting with her to get clarifications after every one of her short emails, which she charged me for. She spelled my last name wrong in the first motion she wrote for judge, then spelled many things wrong in subsequent emails . On the final motion to withdraw after I fired her, she sent me the motion of another client- completely confidential information and then sent mine with a "sorry, this is the correct order". I hope she didn't send my information to anyone else. Very careless work and a very cold personality. Would not have stayed with her even if my money had not run out.
