You want great service and representation, I recommend Jeff Wagner. After consulting with other attorneys, I chose to retain Jeff for a criminal case in 2019. This awesome lawyer fought for me, and had some hefty charges reduced or dismissed. When you know you know! Even during my troubling times, my experience with Jeff was great. He was very compassionate, understanding, and provided excellent advice until the end of my court hearing. Even, today, Feb 21, 2023. I called Jeff to discuss some things, and he was very helpful. Jeff took some time out his busy schedule to remember me and help with a concern. Just like in the past, Jeff was still humorous, transparent, and shared his knowledge of legal information. I appreciate Jeff's flexibility to help me file a petition.
If you want someone works diligently and remains available, then he's your guy.
I will continue to recommend Mr. Wagner to my family and friends.

I have used Jeff through my initial divorce proceeding and a subsequent custody issue that followed. I can assure you that Jeff works with fierce tenacity. Always prepared and offered solid advice. I was very pleased with my outcomes. He was very caring and looked out for my children's best interests.

Jeff was honest with me from day one as far as what to expect. My divorce took quite some time and he was always prepared. He never promised me anything more than he could deliver. I didn't feel like he was dragging things out for financial gain. Hes just a good guy. The difference is... When hes put up against someone, he is a beast. Watching him rip someone apart during questioning is absolutely amazing. He's good at what he does, but he does it in a non insulting way to whoever he is drilling with questions.
