I had a previous attorney for a small claim who had my case for 6 months and did very very little. I switched to Max Watkins and he settled my case in less than 2 months. The communication with them has been absolutely amazing. Any question I have had they have answered and never made me feel like I wasn't important. They kept me informed on everything that was going on with my case even if there had been no changes they still took the time to let me know. I have referred them to anyone that I know that has possibly needed legal advice. My attorney I had previous from Max Watkins tried to settle my case to which I would be out of pocket for my medical bills and paying the attorney fee and Mike Taylor got me a settlement $1,100.00 more than what my previous attorney was going to settle with. I am honestly so glad they sent me a letter asking if I needed representation because it was a blessing I didn't know I needed as much as I actually did.

He stalled my workers compensation case out until the statute of limitations was almost up. He did nothing for me in 2 years time, got no monthly workers comp payments, nothing. I almost lost my house because of this. As soon as I fired him and changed lawyers my case was resolved favorably toward me in only a couple of months. Shortly after my case I heard that he went to work for the insurance company. Very bad experience.
