Caleb Baskin has done an excellent job deflecting a baseless and unsubstantiated threatened lawsuit involving alleged non-disclosure in a land-use case.

Used me as a Cash Cow; violated model rule 1.5 learning on clients time. Charged me over $3000 for research. When a Restraining Order was filed against me and I made him aware of an item that was re-judicata, he told me it was allowed since it showed the continuation of my harassment. This was the second restraining order filed against me maliciously. The plaintiff perjured himself over 50 times. Caleb Baskin never returned a phonecall, met with me to plan a defense strategy and I told Melinda Bailey that I was afraid I would not recognize him in court. Mr. Baskin winged it at my cost of another $3000 and today I have a 3 years restraining order for stalking. But for Mr. Baskin's malfeasance I would have easily won in court. The Lawyer's Pledge #5 states "To be prepared for all court appearances - Mr. Baskin was totally unprepared, his failure to communicate with me demonstrates his lack of respect for me. Whatever you do, do not hire Mr. Caleb Baskin.
