I recently hired Kelly to help me with an OWI. I am 45 yrs old and this was my first time ever being in trouble. I really thought this would be an easy case for an experienced attorney. I received the charge in March and I fired Kelly on July 6 due to him taking my $750.00 and doing nothing for this case. He repeatedly told me that he was going to talk to the prosecutor and work out a plea agreement. All he does is take your money and feed you a bunch of broken promises. He is truely an example of an attorney that has lost his edge. Under no circumstance would I recommend this attorney to anyone. I had to call another attorney and pay him another $750.00 just to get this case resolved. Take it from someone who threw their money away avoid this one at all cost.
