Cripps did not file paperwork properly. ?Cripps did not use evidence to support filing ?Cripps did not prepare for my trial ?Cripps lied about trying to get court dates in an appropriate time frame ?Cripps did not even attempt to use my witnesses ?Cripps did not do anything to correct his mistakes ?Cripps took my money and failed to complete filings ?Cripps didn’t return calls made to address issues in filings. ?Cripps did quickly take my money ?Cripps intentionally didn’t meet the state standards. Thus knowing the results before hand and lost my case filing . Im still waiting for a return call to address issues not resolved. I have called him repeatedly.
Find someone who cares about your well being your children’s well being I dont even think he ever even asked me my kids names.

I highly recommend this attorney. I was a mess when I met Steve. He was able to keep me calm during a very difficult divorce. He kept in constant communication. He answered my phone calls and emails within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely refer him to anyone looking for an excellent attorney. He's very knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done! I'm so grateful to have found him.

Throughout my divorce case which lasted 16 months, Mr. Cripps was there for me day or night. He remained calm when I was not. He new the law and kept telling me not to worry. In the end he was right and I will recommend his services to all those who need a divorce or family attorney! Thank you for all your dedication and time, MR. CRIPPS!

Through a long drawn out process, Steve was very thorough in gathering needed information. He also, was able to protect many of my own personal interests as well. All for a more than fair rate to retain his services. I would recommend Steve Cripps to anyone and would absolutely use him again if ever needed.

I was very pleased with Mr. Cripps service. He always called me back & answered my emails. I was concerned when we went into trail( like anyone else of course) as I felt we had not spent enough time in meetings. Once in court I witnessed how sharp he really is. He also worked with me on payment plan. I would highly recommend him!

Mr Cripps has represented me in my divorce and I don't think I could have gotten a better lawyer. He is very knowledgeable, understanding and he knows what you need before you ask. I am very happy with the final results and Thanks to my Him I can now move on with my life.

Steven Cripps is a masterful attorney! He understands the nuances of the statues and offers legal recommendations based on the parameters of these statues. There is no sugar coating with Steve... he is a legal purest. He will tell you what can work within the confines of the statues and what that means for your case. He is a hard working, ethical attorney, and a strategical fighter for his clients. As my attorney in a very lengthy family law case, Mr. Cripps maintained his level of commitment, professionalism and focus throughout the case. And although he is a man of few words (which I often wished he communicated more), not once did I feel like I was in bad hands with Mr. Cripps. I have great respect for Mr. Cripps and truly appreciated his help!

Steven Cripps is a horrible lawyer, he does not listen all he tries to do is over talk to you. Also he makes you doubt your own rights,if you are in a bad situation and are looking for someone to help and be on your side run away from him

MINIMAL COMMUNICATION, NON-COMMITTAL ATTITUDE,MINIMAL RETURNED E-MAILS(and when they did occur contained bare bone/two or three word "guttural" responses)...NEVER PROVIDED ME COPIES OF ANYTHING UNLESS I KNEW TO ASK FOR THEM, NO INTEREST IN FIGHTING FOR ME AND MY KIDS IN ANY WAY,FORWARDED A CONFIDENTIAL "FOR HIS EYES ONLY" DOCUMENT DIRECTLY TO MY EX-HUSBAND IN THE BODY OF AN EMAIL THAT CAME FROM ME CONTAINING MY PERSONAL PRIVATE NOTES AND IDEAS FOR COURT (kind of defeats the purpose when you show your hand before you play the round!) I can say I'm glad I've never needed much legal assistance in my life, but having this experience taught me to be diligent when reviewing a choice of legal representation in the future should I need it!! I don't know how he stays in business if this is his "approach" to being an attorney! Very sad he continues his practice and takes money from hard working people in need of competent legal assistance... shame on him...I will never be so blind EVER again!!!

Takes to long to answer phone calls.. was told by secretary there was only a status check hearing and I didn't have to be there. Turned out it was a finalization of my child support hearing. It took approximately 3 minutes according to the records. Never got credit for child support paid directly to mother with checks.

Cripps is the worst lawyer I ever delt with. Hard to get ahold of him after he gets your money. I had to file a complaint because he wouldn't answer my calls. Even his secretary is bad, she has no phone manners.

WORST ATTORNEY EVER. DO NOT HIRE. ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. I FIRED HIM BEFORE ENTERING THE COURT ROOM (THANK GOD)AND REPRESENTED MYSELF. I WAS SCARED TO DEATH BUT KNEW I HAD TO DO SOMETHING, HE WAS TOTALLY UNPREPARED AND WAS SELLING ME DOWN THE RIVER WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO REPRESENT ME. I DID A BETTER JOB ON MY OWN. although his staff is less than courteous, and initially, he seemed preoccupied with other things during our initial consultation, he was positively brilliant when he needed to be and successfully finalized my child support case with minimal time and funds. BRILLIANT man.

About 6 years ago Mr. Cripps was recommended to me when I had no money to hire an attorney and little chance of obtaing much money, but 10 divorce attorney's wanted $ 2,000 plus anyhow. He was more than reasonably competent, worked out a payment plan with me, and got me something to work with. He also negotiated with my ex who showed up with no attorney. I would use him again.

Mr. Cripps did not communicate with me at all, nor did he tell me valuable information regarding my divorce. He basically waited around for everything to fall apart while he collected my money. Mr. Cripps is one of the worst lawyers I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend him to anyone; unless you would like your money to be stolen.
