Eddie Phipps is a pure professional and if you need representation for a DUI or other legal issue, he's the man for the job. He did not follow through with what he had promised was also next to impossible to get a hold of I felt like I could have received the same results from a public defender or less expensive one at that

I had an emergency over a serious contract dispute. Attorney Edward Phipps and his staff at the Phipps Law Firm handled my issue very quickly through the courts. They made what would have been a loss of several hundred thousands dollars of merchandise go away. Thanks again.

Absolutely the best! He was very knowledgable, and outcome was better than could have ever been expected. He is somewhat difficult to reach; as is expected with a busy lawyer, but was usually available 24/7 even late at night. A VERY determined and hard working lawyer.

He was not proficient in the area of law needed and did not acknowledge that fact. As a matter of fact, led me to believe he had done similar cases. Advice was poor, accepted no responsibility, and quite frankly blamed the client for all issues even in the face of documented information. I can't say he is a bad attorney, I can only tell you he either doesn't admit what he does not know, or doesn't know what he doesn't know. Perhaps in his area of specialty his outcomes, demeanor, method of communication, and presentation is improved.
