Herschel is personable, very knowledgeable and experienced, and highly ethical. He successfully helped me with a very difficult family law case, yet took the time to explain my options and let me choose my path. I trust him thoroughly. His ability and skills in the courtroom, at the negotiation table and with me as a client were excellent. I'd gladly choose him again, though I trust I won't have to.

Hershel was awesome! He represented me on 2 cases. One of the cases an attorney before him told me he couldn't get me any money. Hershel was very knowledgeable and aggressive and I had great outcomes on both matters.

Hershel took my case without telling me he had no experience in my issue. Later, I found he was only interested in his profit as he did not even try for me. It was very disappointing!!! His representation was so far below par. I now have another attorney and have spoken to several and I keep hearing I may have a malpractice suit against him. Everything is such a mess because he did not (or was not able to)do what he should have for me. He has a nice personality so he may be a good negotiator, that is all I believe he is able to do. Easy money when you only need to talk with someone and try to strike a deal.
