I called Joseph Erlich about the guardian of my stepson and why the guardian needed representation? Anyway, he was very rude and evasive, and actually suggested I didn’t deserve to know anything and should find answers at probate court. Unless my husband, who is not involved, would be willing to step in and take over. It is going to be difficult to make Joseph Erlich “stay in his lane”, if I ever call him back.

Joseph Ehrlich is the most ARROGANT individual that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. He dresses like a slob, he is grossly overweight and his in-court demeanor is as bad as his personality. If you ever have to chose between Joseph Ehrlich and another Lawyer, choose the OTHER or face the consequences. He rolled up my bill with non-essential motions and delays to PAD HIS BILL.
