Corinne Pruzanski works for the slumlord CAPREIT. Be watchful, she and her group have no issues twisting the landlord tenant board (LTB) guidelines to their advantage. So they may send you something re LTB to the address they know you've vacated and after that when you dont respond (because you no longer live there and they know that) get the LTB to go ahead with default judgment. This is deliberate so if this happens to you don't forget to file a complaint with the lawyer regulator.
