I conducted a real estate transaction with Bryan and he has a "I know more than you" condescending attitude that is undoubtedly bad for all parties. During our transaction both his client and myself were incredibly dissatisfied and even offended at times. We wound up having to cut him out of the communication loop to get things done. Crazy to think that we had to knowingly under-utilize the person we hired to get something done for us.
