My Ex and her cop husband accused me of assaulting my then minor son. When hired I told Carsey I was innocent and would not waiver from my being innocent. Up to the second of walking into the courtroom Carsey badgered me to take a plea or I would be found guilty and do jail time. It was obvious the cops got him to work against me, his client. I plead not guilty and the case was dismissed. The main witness. my sons friend admitted it did not happen. Carsey then allowed the case without my knowledge to be refiled as a ticket. Which took years to finally dismiss. My son has since come forward and confessed it was false, Carsey was a slug who spread for the crooked cops in my case.He is easily bought by anyone.
