From my dealings with Brian he is completely unfair, unwilling to listen and forms his own opinions when he is suppose to be neutral. He also tried to overbill my ex-wife and I for his services. I would not use this attorney for any services

Brian was suppose to be a neutral mediator and was clearly being influenced by opposing counsel. He was not knowledgeable about taxes penalties or pensions. He used threatening tactics throughout the entire process. He also over billed us.

Spent 12K with these people and ended up negotiating most of the separation agreement and visitation on my own. They recommended so much litigation that never led to any results. At the end they delayed filing my divorce for nearly a months, after waiting over a year, because I owed them $700 that had not been paid yet, when over ten thousand had been paid. TERRIBLE people.
