What can be said of an attorney who admits to not knowing "how to file a motion". There aee no known limits to which mr. Barbato will go to lose a case and throw his client under the bus. How many attornies will stand cowardly and Iet a judge ridicule, belittle, defame and besmerch them while infront of their client while court is in session? It is disgraceful for a lawyer to allow such a defacing be directed at his client, but to also accept such injustice targeted at himself is indicative of just how zealously he would defend his client. Who woukd want a Mcfly as an attorney. If so, mcfly barbato should be at the top of your list. Just keep in mind that he seems to be at the bottom of the respect list within the judiciary. Come on mcfly, file that motion, oops forgot you don't know how its done.
