After meeting with an attorney from this office, we received a letter stating that they would not be able to assist us further, but with no explanation. Months later, we received a letter from SSA with a hearing date and began to prepare for it when we found out that Greenbaum's office had never withdrawn officially from the case and would receive their percentage if we won. It took weeks of fruitless voicemails and rude customer service before anyone agreed to send a letter to withdraw. Now we have to try to delay the hearing to prepare.
