Very expensive rate, so poor overall value, as Garber takes the easiest solution instead of looking at all the facts in evidence. I dont know if he just takes sides because of which spouse pays his bill or if he is lazy.

I cannot rate Mr Garber as an attorney. All I know is that he was the arbitrator in my divorce case and refused to hear the facts that should have made a big difference in my divorce settlement. As an example, I tried to prove that my ex-wife was making and had a lot more money than what she was claiming, I followed her to a casino sghe frequented 3 or 4 times a week and video taped her in public going in and out of the casino. He refused to accept this 'evidence' and even chastized me for 'violating her privacy'.
