wasn't prepared, just a defensive posture, had a case in Lubbock Texas and put priority on that case and pencil whipped mine during mediation. Told me to tell the truth about my financials and didn't have the other (her) attorney during discovery disclose theirs. I provided all my financials and got screwed in the process. Didn't find out until the mediator informed me about certain financials. She should have made me aware early on where I stood. It was almost like she is either a feminist or just didn't care about my case. After mediation she apologized and wished we would have went to court. Told me I still have my integrity. Ha Ha. That sure made my wallet feel better. Told me once it is clear and convincing what my exwife was hiding and look where we went in mediation. A pitiful excuse for someone to claim they represent someone in accordance with the law. My neighbor who told her about me will hear from me about this also. The system is about money for attorneys and the courts.
