STAY AWAY! Attorney won't call you back, and the Torrington paralegals are so rude. I called the office to tell them that my paperwork was available and when the paralegal who handles my case picked up the phone she says, didnt u speak with the attorney last week or the week before, I was quite taken aback by her demenor, i said yes and she goes, ok so what is it that we can do for you. It was obvious she didnt want to speak to me,she didnt even attempt to hide her attitude or her annoyance. So i asked her was it a problem that i called asking about my case, she said..... no but you just spoke to the attorney so why are you calling. After explaining the reason for my call she continued to be as rude as possible while telling me that it could take 2 to 4 weeks for me to hear back from them, and that i should wait for the office to contact me. I would suggest you look elsewhere for legal help if you can avoid these people.
