Bottom Feeder Debt Collection Lawyer with a law practice and holding company, Sunport financial, LLC all under his control for the sole purpose of attempting to collect on alleged debtor accounts that they allegedly purchase from the Big Banks! This is a junk debt buyer and has no real proff of standing when they sue! This lawyer relies on default judgements as their business model and can easily be beaten in court if you show up to fight! The best way to defeat these bottom feeders is to answer their suit and motion to compel private arbitration with JAMS or AAA arbitration companies! This makes it time and cost prohibitive to try and collect from anyone and they will dismiss with prejudice with mutual walkaway!
