Mr. Elliott Andalman and Ms. Zubaidah Haamid truly possess competency, genuine compassion, seamless teamwork, efficiency, patience and perseverance. As you might already know, federal disability retirement cases are a lot of work, and I am thankful I hired the best, to do that work for me. I knew right from the start that Mr. Andalman was a different sort of attorney, when, during our first phone call, I learned:
• That call was a free consultation
• He operates on a contingency fee basis and therefore gets paid only if he successfully wins the case (other attorneys wanted $5,000 - $7,000 up front, regardless)
• He offered to take my case without requiring a percentage of the contingency fee up front ($2,000) when he learned that I had no income for the past year, due to Leave Without Pay
I actually had a difficult time discerning if this attorney was “too good to be true” since I had a bad experience with another attorney. The difference is night and day and I can assure y

I came to Elliott Andalman for assistance with my Federal Disability Retirement and Social Security cases. I had tried to handle these at first on my own with no success and then hired another attorney who was a complete scam and lost my reconsideration (Harris Federal Law Firm based in Kentucky). We had pretty much given up at that point. We were emotionally and financially drained. Then my husband found Andalman & Flynn on the internet. That's when everything changed. We first talked with Mr. Andalman and his WONDERFUL assistant, Zubaidah Haamid, on the phone and the compassion and empathy from both of them were overwhelming. They gave us new hope and strength.
