In having to deal with Alan Ceshker directly, he turned out to be arrogant, stubborn and difficult. No sense of customer centric relationship, he insists that "this is what you get, and there is no questioning it." If you question anything, he will call you insanely irrational. Nice touch. He doesn't realize title services are a "service." Servile. Subordinate to a function. He's 55 years old and still a child.... tantrums and all.
