Brian has extensive knowledge of the legal system. He seems to really understand what it's like to be on the other side of the glass, if you will. He gets it! He gave me some great advice while I was a resident at MCF-St. Cloud! Thanks Brian!

Brian Pitera did a fantastic job for me in the courtroom on my DUI. In fact, after the hearing, two other defense lawyers came up to him and told him he did much better than they thought he could do for me. The judge even said "good job, Mr. Pitera". Very sharp, cheap and strategic attorney. Judge went along with Brian Pitera's plan for me!
